By using your Collabria FlexRate Card or Collabria Centra Gold Card, you agree to the following terms and conditions which form part of the Collabria Cardholder Agreement between you and us. In these terms and conditions, “you” and “your” means the Primary Cardholder and Joint Cardholder and “we”, “our” and “us” means Collabria Financial Services Inc. (Collabria). All other definitions contained in the Collabria Cardholder Agreement apply to these terms and conditions.
