This Domo Software as a Service Agreement, dated as of August 29, 2022, (the "Effective Date"), is made by and between Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc. d/b/a Visit Orlando ("Visit Orlando" or "you" or "Subscriber"), a Florida not-fot-profit corporation, with offices located at 6277 Sea Harbor Drive, Suite 400, Orlando, Florida 32821-8028 and Domo, Inc., ("Domo," "we" or "us") a Utah corporation, with offices located at 772 E. Utah Valley Dr., American Fork, UT 84003. The parties, intending to be legally bound, hereby agree as follows:
