The footprint of this development will create further change. Where there once was vacant land grazed by animals, there now will be houses and human activity. The big difference though, will be that the new changes will include the restoration of the natural environment. Re-vegetation will begin along the Snodgrass Creek and the lot boundaries within the subdivision. It is envisaged that approximately forty percent of the land area will be privately reserved for recreation and the environment. Add to this any other regenerative projects lot owners activate on their own properties. We believe the careful reintroduction of local flora (especially along the creek) and the slow restoration of damaged habitat and ecosystems will result in the return of some indigenous fauna.
