THIS INTERLOCAL Agreement for Fire Services ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the City of Euless, a home rule municipality in the State of Texas ("Euless"), acting by and through Gary McKamie, its duly authorized City Manager, and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport Board (herein after called DFW Airport), acting by and through Jeff Fegan, its duly authorized Chief Executive Officer. Euless and DFW Airport are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as the "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
