LEASES:Lease Agreement • February 9th, 2021
This is a fixed term lease for the period indicated on the lease. During this period, tenancy can be terminated by the landlord (Termination with Cause Notice) upon acceptance of this lease addendum. At the end of this fixed term, the lease will automatically convert into a month-‐to-‐month lease with all fixed term lease conditions remaining in effect, unless the Landlord notifies the tenant in writing of their intent to terminate. Please remember that you must give thirty (30) days written notice prior to vacating the unit in order to receive any or all of the refundable deposit. You are responsible for the rent of the unit until the keys are returned. The keys must be returned to the main office or to the Manager.
