QUALCOMM SECURITY TERMS TERMOS DE SEGURANÇA DA QUALCOMM The vendor, seller, contractor, or service provider agreeing to these terms (“Supplier”) has entered into an agreement with QUALCOMM Incorporated or one of its affiliates (each, asapplicable, “Qualcomm”) under which Supplier will Process Data (as respectively defined below) (the “Agreement”).
