(SPP) filed an executed Service Agreement for Network Integration Transmission Service (NITSA) between SPP as Transmission Provider and Kaw Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc. (Kaw Valley) as Network Customer; and an executed Network Operating Agreement (NOA) between SPP as Transmission Provider, Kaw Valley as Network Customer and Westar Energy, Inc. as Host Transmission Owner (Third Revised Kaw Valley NOA). SPP requests waiver of the Commission’s 60-day notice requirement to permit an August 1, 2014 effective date for changes to the Agreement including updated wholesale distribution service charges. Pursuant to authority delegated to the Director, Division of Electric Power Regulation – Central, under 18 C.F.R. § 375.307, the Agreement in the above referenced docket is accepted for filing sixty days from the date of filing, effective December 10, 2014.1 Waiver of the Commission’s 60-day prior notice require
