TIME COMMITMENTHealth Coaching Agreement • July 27th, 2014 • Michigan
Our coaching time includes two 50–minute sessions per month. These sessions can be held in person or over the telephone or by skype. If possible, these sessions are scheduled on a fixed time slot (same day, same time). If our sessions are ever scheduled via telephone, please call me at 248-563-2000. You are also welcome to set up additional meetings or phone calls or have an email conversation with your coach any day of the week.
