Tenants and Guarantors acknowledge and agree that their obligations hereunder are joint and several in nature, i.e. each of the individual Tenants and Guarantors are liable for all Tenant obligations arising under this Lease and Landlord shall be entitled to pursue each of the individual Tenants and Guarantors for all amounts due hereunder.
