This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is an agreement with Pyramid Analytics BV (“Pyramid”) that governs Licensee’s use of the Software. This Agreement also applies to any Fixes and Updates to the Software except to the extent that there are terms that are included with those items which supersede this Agreement.
