THIS DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT (this “Contract”) is entered into this day of January, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF AVONDALE ESTATES, GEORGIA, a public body corporate and politic created and existing under the laws of the State of Georgia (the “DDA”) and ATG PARTNERS, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company or its permitted assigns (“Developer”). The DDA and Developer are collectively called the “Parties” and individually called a “Party.”
