This Agreement between Explore School, herein referred to as Client, and COMPUTER PROS is effective upon the date signed, shall remain in force for a period of three years, and be reviewed yearly to address any necessary adjustments or modifications. Should adjustments or modifications be required that affect the monthly fees paid for the services rendered under this Agreement, these will be negotiated and agreed to by the Client and COMPUTER PROS in advance.
