Colorado Palliative & Hospice Care can serve as a HOME HOSPICE or as a TRAVEL HOSPICE. The “Cooperating Hospice” can serve as a HOME HOSPICE or as a TRAVEL HOSPICE. The HOME HOSPICE is the hospice which normally serves the patient and the TRAVEL HOSPICE serves the area which the hospice patient is visiting.
