This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the access and use by you (hereinafter, “User”) of the 3-D imaging software-as-as-service solution referred to as “EasyAnatomy”, including software updates and documentation and any other associated materials, (collectively, the “Services”) supplied to User by the licensor, LlamaZOO Interactive Inc. (“LlamaZOO”), a British Columbia Business Corporation having its offices at 838 Fort Street, Victoria, BC V8W 1H8. By “accepting” this Agreement, or by accessing or otherwise using the Services, User agrees to be bound by these terms.
