This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Settlement Agreement” or “Agreement”) is entered into between Plaintiff Michelle Nelson and Plaintiff John Anglin (“Plaintiffs”), on behalf of themselves individually and as the representatives of a nationwide class of Persons defined below, and Nissan North America, Inc. (“NNA”). Plaintiffs and NNA are collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties.” This Agreement is intended by the Parties to fully, finally, and forever resolve, discharge, and settle the claims asserted in the Underlying Actions, upon and subject to the terms and conditions hereof.
