This agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the first of September, 2012, by and between the following entities (sometimes referred to as “Party” or “Parties”): Bay Area Community Resources (“Public Allies Silicon Valley/San Francisco”), a nonprofit corporation contracted by Public Allies, Inc. to operate the Public Allies Silicon Valley/San Francisco site, and incorporated under the laws of California with its principal place of business at 600 Valley Way, Ste. C, Milpitas, CA 95035; and City of Redwood City (“Partner Organization”), a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California, with its principal place of business at 1017 Middlefield Road,Redwood City, CA 94063.
