Purdue Pharma, L.P., et al. (Case No. 2018-CA-001438) (Fla. Cir. Ct. Pasco County) (the “Florida AG Action”). This Settlement Agreement is intended by the Settling Parties to fully, finally and forever resolve, discharge and settle the Released Claims (as defined below), upon and subject to the terms and conditions hereof (the “Settlement”).
