The Client requires the provision of such technology and services to facilitate carpooling/ ride sharing for its users (e.g. employees or members of its community). Carpooling by Client’s users will reduce car use helping to reduce parking pressure and commute emissions. The Supplier agrees to provide, and the Client agrees to subscribe to Liftango’s Software as a Service offering, and related services, on the terms of the Agreement.
