The parties acknowledge that the Technical Report Archive & Image Library ("TRAIL") is a project of the Global Resources Network ("GRN") under the direction of CRL. The parties further acknowledge that TRAIL is an unincorporated association, with CRL acting in the capacity of fiscal and legal agent.
