(“Content”) on Licensee’s online properties, including Upworthy.com, GOOD.is, Upworthy’s owned and operated video player, and Licensee’s social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo, and Tumblr) (“Upworthy & GOOD”) as of 03/05/2018 (“Effective Date”).
