THIS SVOD LICENSE AGREEMENT (together with all exhibits, attachments and schedules hereto, this “Agreement”), dated as of August __, 2011 (“Agreement Date”), is entered into by Sony Pictures Entertainment Japan Inc., a Japan corporation (“Licensor”), and Hulu Japan LLC, a Japan limited liability company (“Licensee”). The parties hereto agree as follows:
