This Information Rights Agreement, dated as of October , 2017 (this “Agreement”), is entered into by and between VICI Properties Inc., a Maryland corporation (together with its direct and indirect subsidiaries, “REIT”), and Caesars Enterprise Services, LLC a Delaware limited liability company (“CES”). REIT and CES are sometimes referred to collectively in this Agreement as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
