License Agreement together with the document as issued by ABB in which the details of the ordered license are included (“Order”) together the “EULA” is a legally binding agreement based on Swiss law between you (a natural person or legal identity) (hereinafter referred to as “you”) and ABB Switzerland Limited, Bruggerstrasse 66, CH-54000 Baden, Switzerland, www.abb.com/drives (hereinafter referred to as “ABB”) for the use of “ABB Drive Composer” software, which includes all computer software, control software, associated media, printed and electronic material and documentation as well as any modifications, updates, upgrades, new versions or releases, and derivative works, but excludes any Third Party Software (hereinafter referred to as “Product”) and not with any other party including any party from whom you may have downloaded the Product.
