IBM provides the following service level agreement (“SLA”) for the IBM Phytel Outreach Cloud Service as specified in Client’s Transaction Document (TD) and ordered under the terms of the IBM Cloud Services Agreement, the IBM International Passport Advantage Agreement, the IBM International Passport Advantage Express Agreement, or the IBM Client Relationship Agreement, as applicable (“Agreement”) along with the applicable Service Description. The SLA is not a warranty. The SLA applies only to the use of IBM Phytel Outreach in production environments.
