This AGREEMENT was entered into by and between the BOARD OF EDUCATION OF VENTNOR CITY, NEW JERSEY, (hereinafter called “the Board”), and the VENTNOR CITY EDUCATION ASSOCIATION, (hereinafter called “the Association”). The Board and the Association, through their respective representatives, having heretofore met for the purpose of negotiations in accordance with the New Jersey Employer-Employee Relations Act, have reached accord.
