This 2017 Amendment of NuStar’s 4.32-Acre Tank Farm Lease (“Amendment”) is made effective as of the 1st day of July, 2017 (“Amendment Date”), by and between the Port of Corpus Christi Authority of Nueces County, Texas (hereinafter called “Authority”), a navigation district operating under Article XVI, Section 59 of the Texas Constitution, and NuStar Logistics, L.P. (hereinafter called “Lessee”), a Delaware limited partnership (individually a “Party,” and collectively the “Parties”).
