The signer agrees to continue her employment at Tšwelopele Crèche for a minimum of three years following the completion of her ECD training. She recognizes that she has a moral obligation to Tšwelopele and its children, given that she has been given ECD training at great expense. She understands that the crèche needs her and her special skills and that the development of the children depends crucially on the earliest years of their lives.
