The Representative and Company work cooperatively together in the observation of all applicable policies including, without limitation, those policies pertaining to residency at Cavalier Housing. Resident acknowledges that any substitution by Company of Representative with any other individual or entity shall not affect the validity of this Lease or any obligation of Resident hereunder.
