This agreement for engineering services for the formation and administration of the City of Redlands’ Community Facilities District 2010-1 (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 19th day of October, 2010 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation (“City”) and Albert A. Webb Associates (“Consultant”). City and Consultant are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and, together, as the “Parties.”
