This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Production Creek Specialty Advertising, 2810 S. 47th Street, Lincoln, NE 68506 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated April 2, 2015 executed under City Executive Order No. 88133, and County Contract C-15-0140, dated March 24, 2015 for Annual Supply - Clothing, Screen Printed and/or Embroidered Apparel, Bid No. 15-046, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
