(SPP) filed an executed Service Agreement for Network Integration Transmission Service between SPP as Transmission Provider and Western Area Power Administration – UGP (WAPA) as Network Customer; and an executed Network Operating Agreement among SPP as Transmission Provider, WAPA as Network Customer and Basin Electric Power Cooperative, Central Power Electric Cooperative, Inc., Corn Belt Power Cooperative, East River Electric Power Cooperative, Inc., Missouri River Energy Services, Northwest Iowa Power Cooperative, NorthWestern Corporation and WAPA as Host Transmission Owners. Pursuant to authority delegated to the Director, Division of Electric Power Regulation – Central, under 18 C.F.R. § 375.307, your submittal in the above referenced docket is accepted for filing, effective January 1, 2020, as requested.1
