This SALE SITE MASTER LEASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into this 30th day of November, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), by and among T3 TOWER 1 LLC and T3 TOWER 2 LLC, each as a Tower Operator, each T-MOBILE COLLOCATOR (as defined herein), as a tenant, and T-MOBILE USA, INC., a Delaware corporation (“T-Mobile Parent”).
