This Agreement, developed and agreed to by the Board of Education for School District No. 61, Decatur, Illinois, and the Decatur Educational Support Personnel Association shall take effect on the first day of July 2013, and continue in effect through June 30, 2017, and shall continue from year to year unless either party notifies the other in writing ninety (90) days prior to expiration of their desire to change, alter, or modify the contents of the Agreement.
