The purpose of this Agreement is to maintain and further develop harmonious relations between the Royal Ontario Museum and the members of the Bargaining Unit, to acknowledge the value discussions in all matters pertaining to working conditions and employment; to further the aims and objectives of the Museum, in a spirit of co-operation and understanding; and, to promote the morale and well-being of all.
