With reference to the Agreement for Cooperation between Australia and the United States of America concerning Technology for the Separation of Isotopes of Uranium by Laser Excitation ("the Agreement"), signed today, and in particular the section of the Agreed Minute to the Agreement entitled "Coverage of Agreement", it is understood that information transferred by Australia or its authorized persons to the United States of Amer- ica or its authorized persons prior to entry into force of the Agreement that is subsequently determined by the Parties to constitute Restricted Data or sensitive nuclear technology shall be subject to the Agreement.
