This Customer Agreement is entered into by and between the School Board of Clay County, Florida (“District” or “Board”), with offices at 900 Walnut Street, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043, and Curriculum Associates, LLC (“Curriculum Associates”), with offices at 153 Rangeway Road, North Billerica, MA 01862. The terms of this Agreement shall take effect on July 19, 2017 (the “Effective Date”).
