THIS AGREEMENT FOR JOINT USE OF FACILITIES (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of , 20 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT, a California public recreation and park district (“CRPD”), and the CONEJO VALLEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, a California public school district (“CVUSD”). CRPD and CVUSD are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
