(Name of ISD), located at (SCHOOL ADDRESS), (*ISD) and Cisco College, located at 101 College Heights, Cisco, Texas 76437 (“Cisco”) agree to articulate for the purpose of providing dual credit courses for (*ISD) students. All communications regarding teaching requirements, schedule changes, instructional problems, or any other issues related to this agreement will be channeled through Cisco’s Director of Dual Credit Programs and the designated dual credit contact for (*ISD).
