(“Verisign”) and the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (“ICANN”), Verisign has provided effective notice of a price increase for each annual increment of an initial and renewal .net domain name registration and for each transfer of a .net domain name registration from one .net registrar to another.
