Participation in athletics is a privilege and an opportunity for students to use the gifts and talents God has given. Our gifts can be used to further His work if we let Him guide our abilities, therefore the athlete must earn this privilege through Christian dedication, desire, and discipline. Without the pursuit of these things, the athlete can in no way do justice to themselves or the school. The athlete must be disciplined to be a good citizen and student in order to achieve athletic excellence. In order for the pursuit of athletic achievement and the character building of young persons, the following Athletic Policies must be understood and agreed upon by the student athlete and parents or guardian.
