In accordance with the Public Service Commission and the City of Waupaca Municipal Code, the Water Utility Superintendent shall have the right to request entry at any reasonable time to examine water service connections. Therefore, the landowner agrees to provide a key to the Water Utility Superintendent for the building entrance and meter room, if necessary. If the meter(s) is located within a private residence, the Water Utility Superintendent will make arrangements with the tenant to gain access to the water meter(s).
