This Transmission to Load Interconnection, Construction and Operating Agreement (“Agreement”) Providing for Transmission-to-Load Interconnection among Public Service Company of Colorado and the MUNICIPAL ENERGY AGENCY OF NEBRASKA, and the City of Glenwood Springs, Colorado is made and entered into this day of , 2020, by and among MUNICIPAL ENERGY AGENCY OF NEBRASKA, hereinafter referred to as or ”MEAN”, its successors and assigns, PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF COLORADO, a Colorado corporation, hereinafter referred to as “PSCo” or “Transmission Provider”, and the City of Glenwood Springs, Colorado, hereinafter referred to as “City of Glenwood Springs”. MEAN, City of Glenwood Springs and PSCo may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
