THIS GENERAL CONTRACT (this "General Contract") is made as of March 12, 2013, in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, by and between the PASADENA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (hereinafter called the "District"), and NIC Partners, Inc. (hereinafter called "Contractor").
