The Wal-Mart Foundation, Inc. (the “Grantor” or the “Foundation”) requires each Grantee to accept the following terms which shall apply to any grant funds awarded by the Foundation in response to the Grantee’s application; provided, however, if the Foundation enters into a written grant agreement with Grantee prior to the transfer of grant funds, the terms of that written grant agreement shall supersede and replace the terms of this document. Your acceptance of these terms is a prerequisite for the consideration of your grant application.
