Congratulations! You have been issued an Eldorado Unit 4 Schools mobile device. The mobile device is an important part of your school’s curriculum and will be used to support your learning. The device can be taken home once you and your parent/guardian read and agree to the terms listed on this form. If you and your parent/guardian do not agree, no device will be issued. School building administrators reserve the right to deny permission to issue a device for any reason at any time. All devices issued are property of Eldorado Unit 4 School District and the district reserves the right to retrieve the device at any time.
