This AGREEMENT entered into this day of April, 2014 by and between the School Committee of the Town of Winchester hereinafter called the “Employer” and the Winchester School Secretaries’ Association, hereinafter called the “Association”, the Winchester Education Association, the Massachusetts Teachers Association and the National Education Association, the Committee and the Association agree that the purpose of this Agreement is to promote harmonious labor relations and that each member of the Association and of the Committee shall be treated with dignity and respect.
