The undersigned authorized officer of [UNDERWRITER] (the “Underwriter”) hereby offers to enter into this Bond Purchase Agreement with the Cambrian School District (the “District”), which, upon acceptance of this offer by the District, will be binding upon the District and the Underwriter. This offer is made subject to the written acceptance of this Bond Purchase Agreement by execution by the Chief Financial Officer of the District, and the delivery of such acceptance to the Underwriter at or prior to 11:59 p.m., Pacific Time, on the date hereof; and, if not so accepted, will be subject to withdrawal by the Underwriter upon notice delivered to the District at any time prior to the acceptance hereof by the District.
