These GENERAL TERMS OF BUSINESS (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms” or “GToB”), together with the Execution-only Services Agreement and/or any other investment services agreement (the “Services Agreement”) made by and between AM Wealth Limited, a company authorised and regulated by the Abu Dhabi Global Market (“ADGM”) Financial Services Regulatory Authority (“FSRA”) under Registered Number 13006, Financial Services Permission (FSP) Number 220135, and having its registered address at 2467, Al Sila Tower, ADGM Square, Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE (“AM Wealth”, or “AMWL”, or the “Broker”) and the client whose details are specified in the Services Agreement (the “Client”, or the “Customer”), hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as the “Party”, as well as the Fees and Commissions Schedule, Risk Warnings Schedule and any other document disclosed in the “Legal Documents” section of the Website as these may be amended or supplemented from time to time
