This Agreement is made between the Maricopa County Community College District (hereinafter “School”) and the Glendale Fire Department, a municipal corporation, (hereinafter “Fire Department”) (individually a “Party” or collectively “Parties) for a supervised Emergency Medical Technician (“EMT”) and Paramedic Preceptorship (hereinafter “Preceptorship”).
