This Amended and Restated Escrow Agreement (“Escrow Agreement”) is made and entered into by and among Oak Street #l LLC (“Seller”), Village Pointe Commons LLC (“Buyer”), Community Development Authority of the Village of Grafton (“CDA”), Village of Grafton (“Village”) and Chicago Title Insurance Co. (“Escrow Agent”),( collectively the “Parties”) as of the 20th day of May, 2015, regarding the property described in Exhibit A, annexed hereto and incorporated by reference (“Property”).
